  • USE OF OUR SERVICES & ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. We reserve the right to cancel any order if these requirements are not met.

  • Research-Use Only Products, Certificates of Analysis & Customer Responsibilities

All products sold by Tempest Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory, educational, and research purposes only. Products are not medicines, therapeutic goods, or items intended for human or animal consumption, administration, or application. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.

Tempest Labs may make Certificates of Analysis (COAs), including third-party HPLC and/or LC-MS testing results, publicly available where applicable. Not all products or batches have publicly available COAs at all times due to testing schedules, laboratory turnaround times, or operational constraints.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review any publicly available COAs prior to purchase. The absence of a publicly available COA at the time of purchase does not constitute misrepresentation, defect, or non-compliance.

COAs and related documentation are provided for informational and research reference purposes only and are not supplied on a per-order or per-customer basis. Post-purchase requests for documentation do not create an obligation for cancellation, refund, recall, or charge reversal.

You expressly confirm and warrant that you:

  • understand the research-only nature of all products;
  • will not use products for human or animal consumption, injection, or administration;
  • have the necessary training and facilities to safely handle research materials;
  • will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
  • will not request or rely upon dosage, administration, or therapeutic guidance.

Tempest Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that suggests misuse or conflicts with these Terms.

  • Order and Payment

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information when placing an order. Tempest Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

  • Shipping, Delivery & Force Majeure

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supply chain disruption, natural disasters, or government restrictions. Tempest lab is not liable for such delays.

  • Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns of any products. Refunds are issued only where non-delivery is confirmed within 30 days of dispatch.

  • Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of Tempest Labs and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempest Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. 

You agree to indemnify Tempest Labs against losses arising from misuse of products, breach of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or content.

  • Governing Law & Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
